Orders over $79 are granted free shipping within the continental U.S., provided the delivery is standard USPS or UPS delivery. Any expedited methods are not covered by this policy.

Products shipped directly from our Japan (HQ), UK or Germany distributors are not included in our Free Shipping offer (RECORD RUNNER® and other goods)

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of payment. If any order has no confirmation within 2 business days, customer reserves the right to cancel the purchase for a full refund.
